LightMax Productions is a UK live event production studio. We deliver lighting design, stage builds, lasers, projection, DJ booths and custom backdrops for festivals, club nights, brand launches, weddings and corporate events across London, the UK and the EU. One crew owns design, build and operation.
Where is LightMax Productions based?
LightMax is based in London with three trucks and an in-house workshop. We cover the entire UK and run regular EU routes into Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and Poland. Carnet paperwork and EU touring logistics are handled in-house by the same crew that builds the show.
How quickly can LightMax respond to a brief?

Does LightMax provide its own crew?
Yes — every show is staffed by LightMax crew, not subcontractors. All technicians carry CSCS cards. Two operators run lighting on every show above 1,000 capacity, with one always on the desk while the music plays. We never hand off to a hire company.
Does LightMax offer dry hire?
No, we do not dry hire. Every booking includes LightMax crew — designers, programmers and build technicians. This keeps the kit running through the night and removes operator risk from the client side. If you need dry hire only, we can recommend trusted London suppliers instead.
